We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our team. As a Quardev Business Development Manager, you will drive new business initiatives and generate new revenue streams while contributing and working internally with a group of sales executives, internal staff and company executives.

Business Development Manager - What We Need:

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, presentation and client management expertise, a proven track record in both spearheading and supporting business development initiatives, an exceptional team player in the high-tech services sector possessing enterprise and IT business knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting clients through mediums such as the Internet, Personalized Mailers, Business Forums, User Groups, etc.
  • Market estimation and creating comprehensive Sales strategies
  • Analysis of Clients' requirements, specifications, and obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis
  • Handling responses for RFP, RFI, and RFQ for new business queries
  • Submitting quotations against RFP received from the client and driving the full life-cycle negotiation process
  • High Level interactions with clients during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat and new business
  • Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with many levels of contacts, including senior level business and technical decision makers
  • Effectively manage internal Quardev Sales systems and workflow processes
  • Develop formal account plans for target accounts

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional business skills (e.g. negotiations, proposals, A/R, forecasting, sales plans, interpersonal skills, etc.)
  • Experienced in Internet Marketing, Account Management and Business Development in the field of Software Services
  • Handling various aspects of a sales process, from lead generation, presales, proposals, account management, post-sales and support
  • Strong orientation towards client servicing
  • Ability to grasp new technologies
  • Energetic and self motivated team player with the ability to work in both independent and team environments
  • Possesses a proven track record of converting leads to closed business
  • Project estimation and budgeting, project tracking, and project costing
  • Gathering client requirements from the customer and dissemination of the same to internal support staff
  • Effectively manage internal Quardev sales systems and business plans
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e. in a traditional buisness sense and also related to technical professional documentation

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
  • 3+ years of executive sales experience in the technical services field
  • Other applicable sales certification or training programs
