  Registration is open for the Seventeenth Annual WritersUA Conference for Software User Assistance. The event takes place March 29-April 1, in Seattle, Washington. The conference features over seventy cutting-edge topics from forty-five experts, project demonstrations from other user assistance developers, plus an exhibition of products and services, certificate programs, and networking events.

  Join us on May 13th for a talk with a Seattle police detective in the computer forensics and electronic crimes division and an IP attorney. Both will address cyber crimes and what can be done to protect data up front and ways companies and individuals can help when information has been compromised.
