Join us for another edition of PMSIG (Project Management Special Interest Group), where we dive into the world of change management! Get ready as we bring you what we hope is an engaging interview session between Jon Bach, the Director of Program Management in eBay’s Core Product division, and Matt Barcomb, Founder of Tackboom Shift.

We’ll discuss some techniques for managing change using a systems-first, people-oriented approach.

Many organizations struggle with change – the frequent outcome being costly, long-running endeavors that produce mediocre results. The reason? Change efforts frequently fail to use a systems-first, people-centered approach.

In this session, we’ll delve into essential topics, including:

• Sensing the Pulse of Your Organization: Learn how you might unravel the intricate web of organizational design and understand its interconnectedness.

• Unleashing Potential: Identify existing tensions and friction within your organization and gain valuable insights into resolving them effectively.

• Evolutionary Optimization: Discover the secrets to continuously fine-tuning your organization’s fit-to-purpose design, ensuring it stays ahead of the game.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to revitalize your approach to change management!
