About our speaker:
Wayne Roseberry – Principal Software Engineer and Tester. He worked at Microsoft from June 1990 to 2023. He spent over a decade working in the Office Engineering team on the automation system and building AI and product signal-based testing solutions. His software testing experience ranges from the first release of the Microsoft Network (MSN), Microsoft Commercial Internet Services, Site Server, and all versions of SharePoint. Previous to testing, Wayne also worked in Microsoft Product Support Services, assisting customers with Microsoft Office. Since working at Microsoft, he has been using time in between job-searching to build and invent testing tools. Previous to Microsoft, Wayne did contract work as a software illustrator for Shopware Educational Systems. In his spare time, Wayne writes, illustrates, and self-publishes children’s literature. Jon Bach – Interviewer – Director of Program Management for strategic initiatives in eBay’s Core Product division. He has more than two decades of software quality project experience as a tester, test manager, test consultant, and test director, which he now uses to help eBay ensure its marketing efforts are thoughtful and relevant.
