- Strong Technical and Functional Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in CRM, Sales Enablement Platforms, Gainsight, Business Intelligence, Scrum, and IT System tools.
- People and project management experience including building and leading remote, onshore/offshore technical implementation teams.
- Experienced in business system analysis, customization, configuration, testing, quality assurance, and CRM, SFDC, analytics, data management.
- Excels partnering with business stakeholders and professional services clients to understand functional roadmap, and define, promote, and realize supporting technology roadmap.
- Experience participating in and leading activities in Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Kanban methodology teams.
- Experience providing end-to-end project management and full life cycle development including requirement analysis, Design, supporting up to 20K+ user groups, designing and delivering user training, and testing.
- Experience ensuring smooth workflow in systems by analyzing and improving process flows, developing, and communicating swim lane diagrams, business use cases, and user stories, developing business scenarios, and performing smoke and functional E2E testing.
